We have seen  the Pre 07' Twin Cam Gear drive slippers wearing out with and causing damage. We have put together a few options to deal with the issue.

Option #1

TC Cam Overhaul

This option is to re-fresh your original setup. The option consists of the following 

  • Quick Install Pushrods

  • New Tappets (Set of 4)

  • Chain Slippers - Primary

  • Chain Slippers - Secondary

  • Bearings - Inner Camshaft (Heavy Duty Full Roller USA)

  • Bearings - Outer Cam

  • Bearings - Outer Camshaft

  • O-Rings

  • Cam Drive Retainer Kit

  • Gaskets

  • Labor

            The average cost of parts & labor is $ 750.00

                                (excludes taxes)           

 

 

Option #2

TC88 Gear Drive Installation

This option is to upgrade from the chains and slippers to a gear on gear setup. The option consist of the following.

  • Andrews Gear Drive Cam Kit

  • S&S Drive Gear Set-TC88     

  • Andrews Gear Drive Install Kit

  • Quick Install Pushrods

  • New Tappets (Set of 4)

  • O'Rings & Misc Items

  • Labor

                The average cost of parts & labor is $ 1,350.00

Option #3

TC88 Cam Conversion Upgrade To 2007+Roller Chain Drive

This option is to upgrade to the 07' and later setup. It is a option for someone with a stock bike that would prefer to have the Harley setup.

Hydraulic Tensioners, Chains, Hdwre.
